(Spring 2020) This development proposal was created as part of a University of Michigan graduate course entitled Planning Methods. Project members included Aaron Krusniak, Edwin Peart, Pierre Bagenda, Sam Henstell, and Ziqian Yin.
Students were tasked with creating a proposed redevelopment of the University’s “Northwood III” apartment complex, a notably undesirable low-density campus housing site among students. As part of this assignment, students were required to design and present the redevelopment from start to finish, and used Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, ArcGIS Pro, and SketchUp to create the various visualizations and components.
